Listening

We meet at your home to so we can fully understand your ideas, your desires, your hopes and dreams for your property. Our goal is to know what you really hope to accomplish, both short and long term. How do you see yourself using this space? How does that fit with the plan for the rest of the home? Once we’ve had a good look at your property and understand your goals, we’ll share our visions and ideas. Our goal is to leave this meeting with a clear vision and accurate information for the new space so that we can start the design process.

Design

JLM offers the most talented designers available, capable of creating aesthetically pleasing, yet practical design solutions that we know our crews can build. During the design process, you’ll receive complete plans rendered to scale on paper for your approval. Many times, your designer will spray paint the proposed design on your property’s proposed location to help you envision the new space. The best part, JLM does not charge for the design time, unless your design work is fairly extensive. And, because we stand behind our design work, you’ll receive a complete warranty in writing.

Building

When you hire JLM, you’re hiring an experienced team of craftsmen that are trained to be both friendly and professional. Once our crews start your project, they show up on time, act in a professional manner, and stay on your project until its complete. Plus, they do it all without disrupting your life, or inconveniencing your neighbors. Unlike most landscape companies in our area, our foremen have been year-round, full time JLM employees for years.

Communication

We pride ourselves on a high level of communication within our company. Not only will you feel comfortable in talking with your foreman on the job, you may also speak with your designer/sales person anytime at the office or by cell phone. Usually your designer/sales person will stop by the job site once a day to make sure everything is going according to plan.

Completion

Unlike most builders, JLM doesn’t disappear once the job is finished. If you ever have questions or concerns about any of the work weve done for you, please let us know. We’ve stood behind our work for over 38 years, so if there’s ever an issue you need to discuss about your project, we’re always available to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your project.
